For more than a decade, Natasha has worked at the intersection of skilled trades and workforce development, designing and delivering programs that open doors for underrepresented groups. She combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to helping people succeed, guided by her core values of freedom, authenticity, courage, and compassion.
Natasha has taught learners from diverse backgrounds including youth, newcomers, Indigenous communities, and career changers, adapting her instruction to meet people where they are. Her approach is hands-on, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that practical skills can spark lasting confidence and career growth.
